We're having a very busy summer here. I'm not taking as many pictures as I would like, but I am getting out with the camera. While the kids watch a movie, I like to work with paint.net and see what effects will do to a picture. I changed this carousel photo to sepia and then left all of the red; which is only on the bottom and the hot air balloon.
As a color piece, this wasn't as eye catching. There was just too much going on in the picture. Now with the sepia tone and only one color it really became a neat scene.
